I'm a 24 year old Graphic Designer living & loving life on the South Coast, England. 

 

After graduating in 2019 with a degree in Fashion Graphics, I got my start in the design world as a Marketing Assistant/ Artworker at Beales Department store. Tasks included; creating eye-catching marketing materials, designing an in-store Santa’s Grotto & developing visual merchandising concepts. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, my position here was short-lived. 

 

With design opportunities at an all-time low in April 2020, I found a job working in retail. Eager to stay creative, I started to freelance in my spare time and later that year I landed the role of Social Media Manager & Creator for Tony Hairdressing. This position saw me become a wearer of many hats; graphic designer, photographer, copywriter, and marketer.  The diversity of this role has allowed me to develop my skill-set, knowledge and it has given me the push I needed to commit to freelancing full time. So in April 2022, I quit my full-time job and I haven't looked back.
